CAL series of Automatic Moving Laser systems consist of two moving lasers and one fixed laser and are used for automatically marking Ply positions on the tyre building drum. These systems have several advantages over the conventional fixed laser line generators. They are software controlled, have higher accuracy and provide a stable operation.

Our GLG series of Green Laser line generators are used for Tyre ply alignment and they incorporate an FDA approved Green Laser diode from Osram Opto-semiconductors GmbH. High quality heat sinks are used in these series for effective heat dissipation and which in turn lengthen the life of the line generator. Also used are High grade electronic and optical components in these series for generating a sharp and precise quality of laser line. The GLG series include both DC and AC models.

Our SLG series of Red Laser line generators incorporate Red Laser diode modules sourced from QSI Korea and Sanyo Japan. Some of the models in this series have variable focus and brightness control facility. Here too high grade components are used for generating a sharp profile of a laser line and also present a much longer life. The SLG series include both DC and AC models.

Our Cross Line laser model generate a red cross line. This model is used where precise position indication for aligning sensors or special tyre components are required. It projects a cross-line and can be used for applications where horizontal and vertical line is required.

The rectangular profile generator is designed to generate a profile on the target for visual positioning purposes. Our RPG models incorporate both Lasers and LEDs for this purpose. These models can be used for bar code placement applications in a green tyre.

Our range of safety light projectors are designed from high powered LEDs and these models are used around areas near tyre curing press to warn personnel about an open press. The device projects a bright circular beam on the work floor.

Laser Power supply units manufactured by us are to drive our laser line generators in areas where direct DC voltage is not available. These units use state-of-the-art switched mode power supply specifically designed to drive our make of laser line generators.

Our LED lighting models are suitable for a variety of applications for highlighting objects in close proximity. They are robust and designed for industrial applications. We incorporate both low power and high power LEDs in this range of products accompanied by mushroom type aluminum seat sink for effective heat dissipation.

Our DRL series of Red Laser line generators are Direct replacement Laser models which can be directly used without much mounting modifications in place of an OEM laser make. They are compact and are best suited for direct OEM replacement options. All the models in this range are direct DC voltage having a wider range of input line voltage.

LCML series of Low cost moving Laser system have been introduced as a low cost option to our higher end CAL series of automatic laser systems. More than 70% of the components used in the LCML series are indigenous and and can be sourced locally.

We also have a range of low cost minuscule Laser line generators which have their applications in various industries other than tyre industries. These minuscule laser models can be used both as a line generator and as well as a spot generator. Despite reduced features, these models are made with quality components and thus present longer life when compared to other makes in this segment.

The policy of Customization is a major USP in our company. Several of our laser line generator models incorporate standard international components such as M-12 and M-8 connectors. Even if a particular model does not have these components, we redesign the model to include these components and serve the application of our customers.

Our Direct Online (D.O.L) series of Laser line generators are direct AC voltage driven models. Direct replacement laser models can be connected directly to the main power supply without an interposing power supply unit. The unit has an industrial grade switched mode power supply (SMPS) that operates on a wide range of input line voltage and which meets some of the most stringent international safety specifications.

The above model too comes under the Direct Online (D.O.L) series of Laser line generators and this model is connected directly to an AC power source without an interposing power supply unit. The model has been designed specifically for the replacement market where the unit can be mounted on a plane surface over the tyre building drum.
